Shipping
 

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be shipped (excluding Sundays and Pre-Orders)

  • Items are shipped via USPS 

  • Once items are shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided

  • Once items have shipped, please direct all shipping questions or concerns to USPS. They can be reached at www.USPS.com or by calling 1.800.275.8777

General Store Policy

  • No cancellations on orders already placed. 

  • No switching or swapping items on already placed orders. 

  • Exchanges are permitted within 3 days of delivery date. 

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning merchandise back to our warehouse.  Please keep in mind that we only order a limited quantity of each item, so your same item may no longer be available. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction is a great priority.

  • Exchanged items ONLY in NEW condition. We will NOT accept items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way. 

  • Only ONE discount code can be applied during checkout
